There are lots and lots of hair supplements out there, good and bad, and Country Life Maxi Hair Plus seems to fall right in the middle. While it has more to offer than just a standard multivitamin (which some hair pills basically are) not all the ingredients are well-attested and some aren’t even needed by most people. Moreover, no science is offered to the audience just in case we want to read about exactly how and why the ingredients work.
